Things I have learned that I want others to know. If you have a dream stick to it. Listen to your intuition. You will regret later on in life not living.

This is what I’ve learned on my journey that I want others to know:

On my hardest day, I wish I could have told myself this: To just breathe and take a step back. Analyze what is happening and just breathe. Sometimes I can get worked up, stressed, scared, alone, even anxious and sometimes I just need a deep breath. You are in control of you own story and narrative, find out how to get back in control if you feel you've lost it. Breathe, try to get traction and everything will be ok!

This is how someone showed me kindness: I went to a concert and a person taller than me let me stand in front of them!!

When I'm having a hard time, this is what I do: I pause, ground myself, and focus on what I can control. I don't ignore the feeling - I work through it.
