This is what I’ve learned on my journey that I want others to know:
“My life is not all about me. Helping others is much more rewarding.“

On my hardest day, I wish I could have told myself this:
- This moment is hard, but it is not permanent – and you are stronger than you feel right now.
- You don’t have to have all the answers today. Surviving is enough.
- You’ve handled impossible things before. This is not the end of your story.
- Boundaries are not failure. Taking care of yourself is part of the work

This is how someone showed me kindness:
“Listened to me without judgement.“

When I’m having a hard time, this is what I do:
“I remind myself that the bad days make the good ones so much better! I try to do things that make me feel good: journaling, talking it out, crying it out…sometimes it’s something simple like a treat! I just try to give myself grace.”
